Inside Sales Procedures

Hello Ladies,

I am sure that by now we are all well aware of what is required of us in the role of Superwomen; however, in the interest of getting us all on the 'same page' in terms of consistency, I will be posting links of what a complete Month End folder looks like and also a Procedure Manual.

One of the biggest issues to date is our Costing and Inventory control.  I will also be posting a procedure manual/reference and a draft of an Inventory and Purchase Order tracking files that both myself and Loredana uses (I believe Robin does as well); it has proven over the years to be very effective and helps us to keep our inventory in line.
